Payment for Website Orders
Our shopping cart is fully secured with an SSL certificate and is PCI compliant. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Payments by check, bank transfer, or wire are also accepted—please contact us by phone or email for instructions.
Trade-In Program
Have a trombone to trade? We’d love to hear about it. Simply fill out our Trade-In Request Form and upload images or email them directly. You’re also welcome to call us to discuss details. We'll evaluate your trade quickly and fairly.
Layaway Plans
We offer layaway on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to meet your needs. A typical plan begins with a 10% deposit. Please review our FAQ section for more information, and feel free to call with questions.
Shipping Within the United States
At checkout, you’ll see multiple shipping options including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. We do our best to process and ship your order quickly and safely. Email tracking is always provided after the order is shipped.
International Shipping
