Yamaha YSL-455G Trombone.  Intermediate level, a notch up from the YSL-354.  This one has a Gold Brass Bell 8" and .525 bore handslide.  Is in perfect condition, barely played, no dents or dings, no lacquer loss.  Handslide is in fantastic playing condition.  Overall the horn is light weight, yet a little larger than the small 354 model.  Greater width between neck side and bell, has similar specs to a Bach 36, one of the best all around sizes of all time.  This would be a great horn for all around use, Band, Jazz, Small Group.  Would be ideal for an adult player looking for something nice, but not quite as large as .547 bore with F attachment.  This model does take small shank mouthpiece.  I play tested it with a 6.5AL and it worked great.  Would also be a great choice for a young student that has never played- a younger student starting on a .525 bore, will be able to make an easier transition to large tenor or bass in the future. In addition, a young student will get a much larger and warmer sound with a .525 like this.   Case and mouthpiece included.  This model sells new today for  $1740.  Not much difference between this one and a new one except for the shipping carton.
