All used instruments come with a 7-day trial period so you can be sure the horn is right for you.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return.
Please call us at 314-616-1434 — we handle returns by phone so we can assist you directly.Full payment is due at the time of order.
If you choose to return the instrument, you are responsible for both the outgoing and return shipping charges plus a 5% processing fee.
If you exchange the instrument for another used trombone, case, or accessory from our shop, we waive the processing fee.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
For local customers, we’re happy to schedule shop appointments 7 days a week for in-person trials.
