Overview
This Cronkhite Large Tenor Trombone Case (Model BTG Large) was a lightweight protective case designed for large-bore tenor trombones with F-attachments. Finished in classic Brown Cordura and built using the original Glenn Cronkhite patterning, it featured sewn-in backpack straps, reinforced stitching, premium padding, and the signature Cronkhite silhouette.
This example had been used only once or twice and was in excellent, near-new condition at the time of sale.
The BTG Large size fits most 8.5–9" bell large tenor trombones, including Bach 42/36, Conn 88H, Shires, Edwards, Greenhoe, Courtois, M&W, Kanstul, and similar configurations.
