Edwards T350E Professional Tenor Trombone – .547 Bore, Axial Flow, 321CF Bell (Sold)

This Edwards T350E professional tenor trombone features a .547 large bore and a modular setup designed for serious orchestral performance. This particular setup includes a 321CF 8.5" yellow brass bell, a T-BCN handslide with bass end crook, axial flow valve, and a gold brass tuning slide—a highly responsive combination chosen by the original owner, a professional orchestral player.

The 321CF bell offers a focused yet dark core ideal for classical and symphonic work, while the axial flow valve provides smooth, free-blowing transitions and reliable low-register response. The bass crook handslide helps add width and presence in the lower range, making it a powerful performer in both solo and section contexts.

This trombone has never suffered any damage or required repair, and its condition reflects professional-level care. It was recently serviced in-house, including a chemical bath, internal flush, and mechanical adjustments to ensure optimal playability. The result is a horn with a dark, rich tone, smooth response, and incredible clarity across all registers.

The original Edwards case is included, but no mouthpiece is provided. This is a premium orchestral tenor trombone, now placed in our Vintage Archive after being sold.

What makes the Edwards T350E so popular among professional players?
The T350E is known for its modular design, allowing players to choose the perfect bell, tuning slide, valve, and handslide combo. This flexibility, combined with high-end build quality and consistent response, makes it one of the most trusted instruments in professional orchestral and solo settings.  An example of where the Edwards Symphonic Trombones are used exclusively is the current trombone section of The Boston Symphony.
