Bell section is satin finish, lacquer, yellow brass 1743CF 10". The entire instrument has had full shop service, chemical bath, valves, casing, linkeage serviced, superior valve action, super quick and quiet. Handslide is very good, super straight tubes, some lacquer wear on grip areas, not much. Plays dark, rich, and easy. Would be an ideal bass for all around play, from orchestra to jazz and everything in between. This horn has not been damaged or neglected, it is purely great. Fantastic set-up for a college player or gigging professional. Includes one remvable leadpipe, removable balance weight, and case with backpack straps.
