King 3B Silversonic from the 1970's. This is one of the most poplular jazz trombone models of all time. It was discontinued in the 1980's but brought back in the 90's. Today its available again from Conn-Selmer-King as the Legend Series. The Sterling Silver New Make model sells today for over $3400, and the current model is merely a replica of this one. Everyone knows that the vintage horns play better. This single owner Silversonic has had full shop service, chemical bath, and has been gone over completely. It plays exactly as it should, no issues and a great slide. Gold wash on inner bell is gorgeous. No previous damage to bell section, one owner horn has been well cared for and mostly closet kept the last 30 years. This is a tremendous jazz trombone, and an exceptional value.
