HOLTON

Holton TR107 Super Mint Large Bore Tenor.  SN 985625. This horn was made after 2008, exact date diffucult because lack of SN data base.  It doesn't matter, it is practically new and has not been played on much.  Perfect in all respects for a straight large bore .547.  Has 8.5" Rose/Gold Brass Bell, lightweight nickel silver .547 bore handslide.  All original parts and lacquer.  No dents or dings, no signs of repair.  Has been closet kept.  The slide is fantastic and will not dissapoint.  Takes standard large shank mouthpiece.  I tested it with my standard Bach 5G, which fit perfect and paired well with the standard original Holton leadpipe.  This a solid horn that any player would be proud to own.  I think it would be versatile to use on just about anything- Orchestra, Quintet, Large Bore Jazz, Salsa, ect.  Comes with a rare Holton Bam Case in Perfect condition.  The case alone sells new today in the $450-500 range. Is super light and totally protective.  It's the Classic model.  In-stock for immediate delivery.
