This Edwards Tenor Bell Section model 333CF, made prior to 2015, is a vintage piece that exemplifies the renowned craftsmanship of Edwards instruments. Known for their excellent tonal qualities, the 333CF features a soldered rim made of 22 gauge yellow brass with an 8.5" flare and standard diameter. The bell section is engraved in the older Edwards style and includes the renowned Axial/Thayer Edwards Valve section along with a gold brass tuning slide.

In perfect condition, this bell section retains all of its original parts and lacquer. The only sign of previous use is some minor lacquer wear on the neck area, which is normal for an instrument of this age but not excessive. There are no dents or dings on the bell, preserving its beautiful shape and sound. The valve section has undergone full shop service, including a chemical bath, ensuring it plays as intended with perfect functionality.

This bell section pairs seamlessly with Edwards handslides, and it also fits well with Bach 42 slides, making it versatile for various playing setups. The unique combination of durability, rich tonal flexibility, and historical value makes this bell section ideal for professional orchestral players.
