This leadpipe has been modified for press-fit installation, with the threaded collar cleanly removed to allow universal use across most .562 bore bass trombone slides — including Edwards, Shires, Bach 50, and other compatible designs.
It has received full shop service here at The Brass Exchange, including a chemical bath and internal cleaning.
Shows minimal cosmetic wear and is structurally perfect. Plays exactly as expected for the Edwards #1 taper — responsive, open, and well-balanced.
