Conn Connstellation Bb Trumpet, Model 36B SN L45755. Made in 1968. This one is in exceptional, near-mint condition, retaining all original parts and lacquer. It has been fully serviced in our shop and optimized for professional use.
There are no signs of red rot, valve plating loss, or mechanical issues. Compression is excellent. It plays brilliantly with great slotting and upper-register ease, which is why the 36B has long been a favorite among lead and jazz players. This one includes the working first valve trigger and original valve caps (not shown in photos). A case is not included, but we can help source one if needed.
This model is from the Elkhart production period and features Conn's signature electro-plated nickel-brass finish over yellow brass. The result is a trumpet that not only stands out visually, but delivers a bright, centered tone with excellent projection and smooth valve action.
